Elaine is a native of British Columbia - born and raised in Coquitlam. She and her husband, Cort, and their family reside in Port Moody.

Cort was born in Edmonton and has lived in Moncton, Halifax, Montreal, Barrie, Winnipeg, North and West Vancouver as well as the Fraser Valley.

Cort retired as a Captain with Air Canada after 38 years. He has earned the trust of millions of passengers throughout his career and his attention to detail puts him above the competition.
